heroal window systems stand out for their great flexibility and efficient fabrication. Various systems, system variants and additional components make it easy to meet individual customer needs and different technical requirements, for example on thermal insulation, accessibility and burglary resistance. A design principle across the range of systems and design depths, the utilisation of standardised parts and well-thought-out design details provide for a fast, process reliable manufacture and an extremely efficient fabrication. The material aluminium is characterised by its excellent weather resistance and material stability. It provides for a wide range of structural designs and aesthetic looks, and offers a wide variety of colours and shapes.

Maximum flexibility

heroal window systems offer fabricators a wide variety of options in terms of design, function and thermal insulation. Whether flush-mounted profiles, barrier-free solutions, burglar-resistant designs or well-thought-out complete solutions – all components are perfectly coordinated and compatible with the heroal system portfolio.

Low production times and costs

heroal technologies, fewer components, a high degree of prefabrication thanks to delivery within a certified factory network, the use of identical parts and a bond-free centre seal result in particularly fast and efficient production combined with high process reliability and fault tolerance.

Your advantages with heroal systems

Design variety

heroal window systems are coated with heroal hwr powder coating for unique designs and colour consistency with the heroal portfolio. The profiles are also available with Roundline/Classicline contours, as block windows or in a façade look. With heroal's profile bending and folding service, special shapes such as round, pointed and basket arches can be realised.

Design variants

Depending on requirements, heroal window systems can be designed as turn-only windows, tilt-and-turn windows, fixed window sashes and barrier-free opening and rebate elements. Special frame profiles enable a flush appearance between the sash and frame, both inside and outside. French doors can be designed with a level threshold (magnetic threshold).

Thermal insulation

Thanks to flexible combinations of profiles with or without PU foam, glazing and centre seals in highly insulating (HI) or standard versions, the thermal insulation values can be easily adapted to the building project. The heroal foaming process ensures 100% filling of the insulation chamber and optimum thermal insulation.

System compatibility

heroal window systems are compatible with the heroal system portfolio and can be combined with the heroal W 72 VF ventilation flap, the heroal window rebate ventilator and various threshold solutions.

Fittings portfolio

The heroal WF fittings portfolio offers a wide range of design options with modern handle designs. Thanks to the universal fitting groove, fittings can be selected according to requirements. heroal WF EM enables quick installation thanks to fixed-length drive rods and front-clip components. The fittings are burglar-resistant up to RC 3 and suitable for all common opening types, including French doors. heroal WF is available with either a surface-mounted (WF EM) or concealed hinge side (WF i EM).

heroal plus

The heroal plus accessory package is an impressive complete solution for all trades. It includes customised, flexibly combinable and retrofittable components (textile screen, fall protection, insect screen roller blind and window sill) that can be easily and harmoniously combined with the heroal W 72 and heroal W 77 window systems thanks to their perfect colour matching and minimal visible screw connections.

Universal punching machine

The majority of all profile machining for heroal window systems can be carried out using the universal punching machine. Production times are significantly reduced and set-up costs are lowered.

Cross-system and cross-depth design principle

The cross-system and cross-depth design principle of the frame and sash profiles, as well as identical tools, enable reliable and error-tolerant production and reduced storage costs.

Processing instructions

Structured processing instructions, which are tailored to the manufacturing steps in the workshop, are accompanied by supplementary video instructions to communicate the processing steps quickly and clearly.

heroal sealing technology

Thanks to heroal sealing technology, windows with a wide variety of thermal insulation requirements can be manufactured using the same processing steps and machine settings.

Reduced storage costs

Since the same components are used for different frame and sash profiles, storage costs are reduced to a minimum.

Connection technology

The new heroal connection technology with nailable and pressable corner brackets, connector screws and sealant injection ensures fault-tolerant and reliable production. New stabilising, corner and mitre brackets with larger entry bevels enable simple, time-saving joining. Optimised further processing, adhesive injection and optional connector sets offer additional added value.

heroal plus

The heroal plus accessory package for the heroal W 72 (heroal W 72 plus) and heroal W 77 (heroal W 77 plus) window systems is a high-quality and flexible solution for efficient window construction projects. With its modular design, heroal plus consists of a heroal VS Z textile screen, fall protection, an integrated insect screen and a window sill, providing a complete solution from a single source for all trades. All components are available individually, in different combinations or for retrofitting and can be configured and ordered in the heroal Business Configurator with optimized Orgadata Logikal interface. A further benefit is maximum efficiency and reliability in production and installation thanks to the made-to-measure system components. Thanks to the color and surface uniformity of all aluminium profiles and a minimum of visible screw connections, heroal plus meets the highest design requirements.
