Solar panel and battery
The compact, powerful solar panel continuously supplies energy to operate the roller shutter. A south-facing position is ideal, but east or west-facing positions are also possible. The integrated rechargeable battery ensures reliable operation - even in weak solar radiation. It provides sufficient energy for up to 100 additional movement cycles. If required, the battery can be charged externally.

Motor
The material aluminium is the basis of heroal security doors. It is robust, dimensionally stable and resistance level - and contributes significantly to the fact that the doors meet the highest security requirements and at the same time offer a modern design. In order to make an active contribution to climate protection, heroal relies on CO2-reduced and recycled aluminium.

The solar motor is located in the compact and robust heroal fascia box. The front box is available in roll-formed and extruded versions. The latter meets higher stability and security requirements. The large selection of colors offers maximum design freedom for your home.

Insect screen
The heroal IS insect screen can optionally be integrated into the roller shutter box in combination with the Kaiser Nienhaus motor. This is possible because the solar module is compactly installed in the roller shutter box and the roller shutter has a small barrel diameter.
